Nana Akyaa Amoah-Amissah is the Deputy CEO of the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC) and the only female board advisor currently serving on Ghana’s Ministry of Energy Nuclear Power Ghana Board.
Mrs. Akyaa Amoah-Amissah is an internationally recognized expert on strategic operations, governance, sustainability and improving access to technology. Before transitioning to public service leadership in Ghana, she held senior leadership roles at Citigroup, Aureos Capital, Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Meta, working across global and emerging markets to shape how companies think about responsibility at scale. In her current roles, Mrs. Akyaa Amoah-Amissah is leading efforts to improve digital access in underserved communities throughout Ghana. She is a dedicated servant to the great people of Ghana bringing an innovative approach to building responsible infrastructure and systems for a better digital future.

Mrs. Akyaa Amoah-Amissah holds an MBA with honours from University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
